The oustanding feature of this book are 9xx12 high-quality plates of twenty-five wonderful paintings, specially comissioned for the book by numerous artists, each doing one or two paintings. The artists convey various aspects of the company as it developed over the twenty-five years covered by the book. One painting shows portraits of Perot, Colonel BBull Simon and the two employees of EDS that were rescued from an Iranian prison. Simon was comissioned by Perot to make a secret commando-type raid to rescue the two men and was successful, where United States effortsf ailed to save other hostages. These paintings lift the book above the content, however the content covers an interesting phase of the ccomputer age as seen from the EDS view.
